Guest Services Representative/Assistant Game Tech
Guest Services Representatives are the backbone of the arcade and set the tone for the friendly, fun experience guests can expect. Guest Services Representatives are responsible for greeting guests at our Front Desk, performing cashier duties, answering the phone, receiving/storing stock and keeping the arcade tidy.
This position also involves technical aspects- this role will require learning and assisting with various repairs around the arcade. Keeping the games in good working order is an important part of the guest experience, and this role will have you help with these repairs. Technical expertise is preferred but not required, however technical aptitude/interest is required. You will be expected to learn basic repairs such as installing joysticks, replacing buttons, and cleaning pinball machine playfields.
Ideal candidates are friendly and outgoing, reliable and trustworthy, with excellent verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates will also have interest and aptitude for technical skills. Previous relevant work experience and enjoying video games are a plus.
